- A tornado is only counted if I am 100% sure, possible tornadoes are not counted.
- Hail stat is shown as the largest hail encountered during the season.
- Wind stats are shown as highest measured thunderstorm gust, estimations are not shown.
- Starting in 2010 I will have a way to accurately measure miles. Other years are not available.

The worst tornado damage I have witnessed was the Nappanee, IN EF-3 on 10-18-07

The strongest tornado I have witnessed was the EF-4 that tracked near Bowdle, SD on 5-22-10. The tornado was almost given an EF-5 rating for ripping high tension wire support beams straight out of the ground.

I consider 5-19-10 my most failed chase. |

The only time I have been frightened on a chase was sitting outside
Turrel, AR during the Super Tuesday Outbreak [2-5-08] as I watched a
giant wall cloud with a possible tornado close in on me at night
knowing what had been happening all day.

My favorite beverage to drink while on the chase is Mt Dew. My favorite snacks are gummy worms and chili cheese Fritos. |

I don't eat steak, so when having a celebratory dinner I tend to indulge myself with a cheesy bacon BBQ cheeseburger. |

My
favorite kind of music to listen to while driving is metal. Once I'm
near a storm though the music gets turned off so I can listen to
thunder. |

I make a stop at Iowa 80 every time the chase brings me that way. The
woman working there actually gave me a free Iowa 80 pin because she
recognized me.

The
Hampton Inn located in North Platte, NE may very well have the most
comfortable beds in the entire world. So comfy that both me and Danny
overslept once and missed getting a better view of the Goshen, WY
tornado. |

I own a summer trailer in Michigan, yet have never chased in that state.
|

I could care less about sports such as Hockey, Football and Basketball.
In fact, other than the Chicago White Sox, I don't care much for sports
at all, especially college leagues. |
